Welcome home to Park 3025! Centrally located in Seattle’s vibrant Lake City neighborhood on a peaceful street surrounded by evergreens, cherry trees and lilac bushes. We are more than just a place to live; we are a community of wonderful people just like you! Our condo-style apartment homes are available in a selection of one- and two-bedroom floor plans and we are pet-friendly, dogs and cats are welcomed. Most homes include full kitchens, ceiling fans, wood-burning fireplaces, private patios or balconies, in-unit washer and dryer and dishwashers. Additional storage space is also available on site.

Residents enjoy access to our many community amenities such as our clubhouse, business center, library, TV lounge, fitness center and billiards room. We also have a convenient, on-site garage. Please call for charge availability. At Park 3025, we provide on-site management and maintenance services so that your needs are consistently met with the highest level of service. We are available to receive packages on our residents’ behalf so that you can spend more time enjoying life.
